➤  PROJECT CONDITIONS

The images presented are mockups and renders. You understand that by participating in this project, you acknowledge that the final appearance of each and every thing proposed in this campaign is subject to change and may differ substantially from what is presented in images and text while the Kickstarter project was active. Changes may be necessary to improve the project’s design or materials during the manufacturing process, or if there are material shortages or production inability on the part of the manufacturing companies. I have done my best to accurately represent the final product with any conceptual images or photographs above. As always, if there are any changes I will communicate everything via updates.

➤ SHIPPING CONDITIONS

• The deck will be shipped by  Gambler’s Warehouse.
• P.s. We don’t have a precise date, the date may be brought forward or postponed, when everything is ready. You will receive an “order completed” email from us and subsequently you will receive another email with tracking from Oxalis or Gambler’s Warehouse.
• We are not responsible for any customs to be paid in your country, it is also your responsibility to check the status of your shipment or send information if it is requested by the courier in your country to unlock the package.
• This pre-sale is not part of our purchase protection or refund program, by agreeing to purchase we are not responsible for any damaged packages sent by the Gambler’s Warehouse company.  

The condition of each product will be checked in detail and wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap before being shipped. They will therefore leave the warehouse in perfect condition, however we cannot be responsible for the management and quality of transport carried out by a poor courier.
